Makes 1 large kettle full
1 lb ground beef or venison
1-64 oz bottle v8 hot and spicy
1 lb extra firm tofu
1 pack hot chili seasoning
1 jalape�o- diced fine
1/2 purple onion diced finely
1 limes juice
1 can diced tomatoes with green Chile�s (hot)
1 can dark red kidney beans
1 can great northern beans
1 can light red kidney beans
1 can navy beans
2 tablespoons sugar
To taste: pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, paprika and red chili flakes

Steps
Mix diced jalape�o, diced onion and diced tofu (drain tofu and hardly at all squeeze) into a large kettle and saut� on tunnel heat until onion is translucent.
Place ground beef in by the saut�ed tofu, onion and jalape�o and cook in advance of beef is done. Squeeze in lime.
Drain beans and add old guard in as well as tomatoes with green Chile�s, v8 and all spices. Simmer on low for 15-20 minutes to bring out the heat in the condiment and spices.
