2 chicken breasts
2 tablespoons butter
2 medium sized Vidalia onions
1/2 cup beef broth
1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
1-8 ounce bar of cream cheese softened
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
to taste Salt and pepper
Toothpicks to seal chicken breasts

Steps
Preheat kiln to 400. Thinly slice onions and place in a skillet (preferably cast iron) among butter, minced garlic and a dash of salt and herb. Cook on low about 6-8 minutes to caramelize city hall then add 1/4 cup of the beef broth. cook another 5 minutes on low.
Mix softened cream cheese, mozzarella, and onions in a bowl.

Mix remaining broth with remaining onion cream cheese mix and place on the bottom of your baking pan and service chicken on top. Spoon some of the mixture on top the poltroon breasts and bake covered 15-20 minutes until fully cooked. Remove tooth picks and serve.
