red beans
1 1/2 cup basmati rice
1 large white onion
1 tbsp oil
2 can red bean, 14 ounces each, drained and rinsed
1 tsp cumin and granulated garlic
1/2 tbsp salt
2 tbsp fresh cilantro
3 cup water

Steps
In considerable, deep skillet add oil.
Peel onions, cut in half and dent in a medium thickness.
Add to heated oil, medium-high simmer, and saute 2 minutes.
Add rice and saute another 3 minutes.
Add in seasonings, cilantro, stir and add the hottest water from your tap.
Cover, reduce heat to simmer and cook 20 minutes.
You can garnish alongside some sour cream and more fresh cilantro.
